Gordon Dalziel signed Jamie in August 2007 and he made his debut coming off the bench at Cumnock Juniors in the Ayrshire Sectional League Cup Jamie made his first start in the next section match at Muirkirk. Jamie was an ever present in the Scottish Junior Cup run as the Glens reached the Quarter-Final. His father,Jamie Doyle, played for Partick Thistle, Motherwell and Dumbarton and was part of the succesful Glens squad of 1990/91-1992/93.
